Water propulsion systems.

I have designed lately some interesting devices with water propulsion which I wish to show as a new propulsion systems which might be useful in hard vacuum in open cosmic space conditions. At the beginning I want to share the idea of a water propulsion system with application of surface hydrodynamic effect. The entire device has a sphere shape which contain a reverted dish with rotary centrifugal pump on a top. In the main assumption the thrust would be obtained with nearly surface water flowing on the upper side of the dish. In this solution every part of device is working in water medium conditions, the exception are the electric motor and drive transmission, those parts are working in air or other gas composition. The suction of water is achieved by centrifugal force by centrally located rotor - pump and this rotor is changing water flowing direction directly on upper side of the dish - the result is rising hydrodynamic force which in assumption will be pulling the entire system upwardly with no medium exchanged between internal and external regions of device. All is powered by electric motor with an external source of electric energy, which can be a battery pack or also a plutonium based RTG.
