Machining of 1 mm thick brass plate with application of chuck dedicated for this device. Machining very easy with 2 mm mill cutter, even 2 mm thick brass would be not a problem. A lot of brass faint pieces around the mill is nothing strange. In assumption this part should be used as external rim after another machining process. I could use also the plate from the brass circle was made from.
