Gravity and inertia - most important technology challenge.

Is gravity and (anti)gravity propulsion possible. Many clues and scientific paths leads to a positive answer. Some of them gives us a new view on several crucial gravity - electromagnetism coupling relationships. A lot of known scientists are still concentrated on Newtonian physics and relativity theory, but in certain cases occurs that there is still no violation of A. Einstein's works and new developed on this scientific platform thinking ways and researches. In case of gravity there is still place for developing the SR theory and the crucial point is that developing this theory the limits which seems to be previously established by the theory's reality as unchangeable, starts to open new technological opportunities as we go further in understanding of surrounding universe. Gravimetric mass fluctuation (GMF) is a phenomenon which has its source in special relativistic theory and it is developing this theory with no violation of already gained knowledge based on SR well-know rules. As I learn lately, generally a phenomenon called gravimetric mass fluctuation is linking electromagnetism with gravity. The physical dimensions depend from actual kinetic energy of an object, also the mass of this object depend from that energy. The faster an object is moving through space the smaller dimensions it has. The change of shape in this case is creating gravity wave also visible in induction cores and in condensers with changes in inductance and capacity. Gravity in various gravity acceleration situations coming from different mass has also influence on dimensions of objects within its field range. However SR theory and its principles stay actual in every part of universe, some technological solutions seems to exceed beyond certain fundamental and crucial relativistic effects which are related even to the core of these theories. It seems like every rule has its exceptions and some of them are left for researchers by nature to find them and not to reasoning by force that they don't exist. As long as two observers can conclude two different conclusion of the same proces of the phenomenon in the same time, what is one of the main postulates of SR theory, there will be also quantum entanglement paradox and there be will be no deal in scientific circles.
I notice that inertial forces for nowadays standard science are still a mysterious representation of nature physic. So what is the real nature of inertia ? There are many information about gravity and its correlation with space-time, but for inertia properties our knowledge is relatively small. Is there special field of inertia according to inertial solids properties ? Gravity is a field with correlation to mass and this is generally static nature field. In inertia case there is dynamic and kinetic energy involved. Probably direct general mechanism of inertia is different from gravity static field, how it is according to gravity waves it will indicate later, however there can be various interactions with those forces. Knowledge about those universal properties could help to construct devices and vehicles much more technologically advanced than anything what human have constructed till today. However I must admit, lack in theoretical base is a main obstacle to bring such things to reality. Nevertheless this is almost sure, that after certain time, those things become reality with gradual social awareness, even if the situation on our planet is not ready to accept changes and no matter, that the theoretical problems will stay unsolved. Lately it's not difficult to see that human civilization is going to a dead end just for the cause of our unbalanced and not symmetrical progress in technology, economic correlations created by politicians and governments seems more to enslave human masses economically and not to allow people to realization their real dreams. Until now the situation on the world was staying relatively safe, thanks to Earth resources we explore and wasted on terrible scale. Now we're about the edge, only for sustaining existing nowadays deal with artificial technology limitations we have provided. The only cure for this situation is the separation politic from technology. I understand, most politicians are only politics manufacturers, without any proper to their social position vision, with economic dependent thinking, which is simplify unfortunately to a common materialism. Many innovations are waiting right now for seeing daylight. Economics is now technology dependent like never before. All this topics are important if there's a need to provide new technology based on inertia propulsion and other application - many people use to accept recent situation where billions of dollars are spend in vain on expensive projects while the solution is very simple, only problem is proper attention on some innovations. For example Newtonian dynamics doesn't predict internal forces in solids and is based only on external forces acting on solids. In inertial propulsion application this kind of forces have fundamental meaning. Visible scheme in all technology like for instance jet propulsion and carbon based fuel will be drawing mankind to serious state of economic and resources deficit unless change come. Inertial space propulsion is possible to construct in much more simply way. Proper time for join advanced electronic existing technology with inertial technology has come and the results will occur very soon. 

So, what is inertial field ? What is electron spin polarization radiation ? Is it coming from every material particle and is responsible for inertial behavior of every material object ? This field probably could be product of internal oscillation of atomic nuclei and electrons. The result as a polarized radiation can have influence on inertia properties of matter in big and in small scale. Some paths leads to a theory, that just neutrino is the particle responsible for inertial energy transmission and propagation. Well, time will show if it's truth.
