H. Bull's reaction engine and my latest jumper design.
In the 30's of the last century, the inventor of H.W. Bull presented a type of pulse inertial propulsion using moving weights and electromagnets, and confirmed experimentally the validity of its assumptions in 1935. As an inventor, he probably met with a skeptical scientific majority who believed that this type of device would not work properly, but Bull was convinced that this type of method will be able to drive various types of vehicles in the future. There is no mention in the network and few people know what happened to this inventor later, however, his method has not been applied in any engine up to the present day. However, it may be worth considering what decided on such a situation - it can be assumed that probably more and more interest in conventional propulsion has hindered the research and development of this type of drive to the point that the matter ended even without a simple prototype.
At the time when the device was presented, many people probably could not accurately assess the qualitative and substantive possibilities of using devices based on the presented solution. In the 1930s, at a time when few people talked about space exploration, where there was no more interest in rockets, the topic was completely forgotten. Many years have passed since then and one can imagine what progress could have been made if during this time, work on the improvement of this type of impulse engines and not over the rocket propulsion, but this is another matter.
The idea that is the basis in this drive is based on the assumption of unequal power transfer between the side with the elastic transfer of kinetic energy and the side where the impact occurs with the release of heat from the mass impact, or with the impact absorbing center. According to the tests carried out by Bull in the early stages of the project, there was a 3-fold advantage of elastic force over the impact side. A page with an impact must be a side without an elastic inertial transmission. In this case it is also mainly about the time of impact of inertia forces on both sides of the device. The elastic side transmits the pulse much longer than a direct impact to the limiter.

Also the spacing around the right angle of impulse engines allows for improvement of technical parameters. These motors can be operated not all together only one turn in one direction, gradually increasing the resulting impulse as a result of increasing the speed and number of pulses. However, for sure before any concrete solutions could be found, the whole would have to be thoroughly analyzed in terms of actual technical possibilities. However, every technical novelty requires a lot of work before it could get concrete results, and I have not heard about this subject that someone has already worked before, and it seems to me that such things can have a future if they work on it.
Not so long ago, I did some experiments with the forces of inertia and inertia, which resulted in an inconspicuous and not very advanced movie posted by me on YouTube, Facebook and a few other places on the web. It was a demonstration of the possibility of a jumper in version 1. I will briefly remind you what the jumper's principle was: 1. The coil in the magnetic field of the magnet under the influence of the pulsating current was subjected to oscillatory motion in two directions (according to gravity and against it) giving its dynamic energy to the external limiter, the axis on which it moved was tilted by 45 degrees. The whole worked without bearings and without other elements improving the effects. However, this solution has already proven that the inertia of matter can be a source of forces that can have different applications for specific purposes. Now the concept of a jumper 2 has been created, which will be much more technologically advanced than the jumper 1. First of all, he will have an automatic rectangular wave supply from a suitable generator, will have current protection and independent power supply, will be completely self-propelled. The equipment will be a spring that strengthens the force and extends the total pulse power over time. The main difference is also the matter of fixing the air coil - in the jumper 2, the neodymium magnet is an inertial mass thanks to which the energy of inertia pushes it forward. The current protection will consist of optoelectronic isolation that protects the wave generator circuitry from current shock from the coil, and a switch that ensures separation of the air coil circuit. The rectangular wave generator itself and its capabilities were already presented by me on YT and FB. The principle of skydivers invented by me is quite simple, because it consists in creating a preference situation for free force directed outwards, forward and against gravity, while unnecessary forces are absorbed by the ground, and are changed into heat as a result of impact. The force obtained through the spring, which causes the pulse from magnetic energy, is longer in time, and the impulse impulse is short and expires quickly is a natural effect related to the laws of mechanics.
