Development of rotor with four weights.

Rotor technology with some changes in comparison to earlier version. This system consists of eight weights four are rotating in opposite direction than four else. Operating of this device is based on assumption of not equal centrifugal force acting on main vertical axis. In the point where there is more distance from the center at the assumption that the center of rotation is staying in the same point in the structure of the rotor, we have more centrifugal force acting outwardly in respect to geometric center of the device. In the point where there is shorter distance from the center of rotation we have less centrifugal force, the velocity is rising down. The connection between the weights is stiff because the weights are rotate on cross-like stiff guidance, so there cannot be a situation they are closer or farther to each other. They are protected from the escape outside by steel circular rim, so when the weights are pushing more on the upper side of the device the more force is occurring for entire system. The weights are almost doubled in volume and mass by additional roller hubs on which the weights are attached, so the inertial effects should be more intensive.  The difference in distance between center of rotation and summit point is almost three times longer than the distance between lowest point and the center of rotation. The system is powered by several electric motors (here are two) but the system will work better with more generators quantity. I didn't conduct any proper tests of this propulsion method yet, but I suspect that the result force should exceed requirements according to the power needed in aim to lift load and entire weight of the vehicle with proper speed of rotation. I don't know what kind of internal material tensions will occur in fast rotation and if they won't be to height to proper operation of the device, and first of all if they wouldn't lead to complete destruction of the system. If the rolling resistances won't be too much the system should work properly. In every case if there will be such an issue than one could to change the difference in length between upper and lower distances from the center to obtain more balanced mechanically system but then the speed of rotation should be naturally bigger to obtain the same difference in centrifugal force. 

A little developed and changed system of propulsion. The entire system seems to be a little too heavy in comparison to the volume of the masses, but I make double those propulsive masses, they have two times more weight than in previous solution although the geometric dimension of the rotors is the same. I have designed two rotors rotating in the opposite direction so result angular momentums are equal zero. I have presented earlier this system, but it was without the additional parts, and everything was not connected in one piece. Now this system is more worked out and stand one system.
