Swivel arms inertial drive system is simply and smart way to inertial propulsion obtaining. The masses are pulled by central rotor, so the centrifugal force is here more useful and freer. The pionier works was already done by some earlier constructors, but system was never checked by any prototype work. Once this system will be constructed the unbalanced centrifugal force can be achieved which is coming from the specific structure and construction of this device. The device can be paired and placed in pairs in every external technical conditions.
